Temporary Order Management Representative

This is a Temporary Entry Level Order Management Representative position that ends December 31, 2024. Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables is a must. Previous Customer Service Experience is required. Position is located in Itasca, IL and is hybrid. Pay range is $18 to $21. Standard hours is 38.75 per week but overtime might be required. Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities:
-Will assist management and other order management reps with order cleanup, follow-up and invoicing.
-Effectively works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve order issues and accommodate some unique requirements.
-Reviews entries and invoices for billing accuracy.
-Follows the Sales Compensation and Operations Policy. Limits errors resulting in credits and re-bills.
-Assists with lease funding and resolution.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding Helps with follow-up, invoicing accuracy and completion, as well as problem identification.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
-HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
-Ability to work overtime required, especially at month end.
-Working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and filters is required.
-Good oral and written communication skills.
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
