Job Description
As an Information Services Developer II, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing systems based on business and functional requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your expertise in software development methodologies and your passion for creating efficient, high-quality solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design strategies, and develop robust applications. Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements to design effective strategiesDesign and code applications with essential functionalitiesCollaborate with team members to identify and address issues with technical solutionsDevelop code following best practices and organizational standardsDeploy code using automation and testing toolsEvaluate system acquisitions and provide input on compatibility, cost, and maintenanceIntegrate software components into existing systemsDevelop standards and proactive processes for data collection and reportingParticipate in research, design, development, and implementation of applicationsFix problems during test cycles and improve deliverable qualityDocument each development phase for reference and maintenance
Required Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related fieldMinimum of 4 years of development experience in a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, algorithms, and data structuresCritical and analytical thinking skillsSolid understanding of programming principles and designTechnical expertise in application and integration design, development, databases, operating systems, and information servicesProficiency in WEB platforms (.NET/C#), Automation (RPA, Test Automation), Microsoft IIS, Linux, Apache, Unix, Microsoft Foundation ServerExperience with internal/external customer coordination and solution designFamiliarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressureStrong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships
