Summary:

The Manager Information Services – Integration Support will oversee the implementation, support, lifecycle management, and strategic direction for content within designated programs. The role involves training, mentoring, and coaching IS associates, leading projects and initiatives, and driving continual process improvement in application service delivery throughout the Client organization. This position requires strong knowledge of healthcare operations, excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management skills to guide the design, development, and deployment of critical systems.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Monitor, manage, and report day-to-day operations to support efficient and effective operations of existing integration services and platforms.
  • Incident Management: Handle Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Deployment Management, Integration systems upgrades, and platform management.
  • Platform Implementation: Manage the implementation of new platforms/products for Integration teams, including migrating to newer systems as required.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure Integration policies and established procedures, including Change Management, are followed.
  • Resource Planning: Plan for resource utilization and prioritize the body of work for which Integration Support is accountable.
  • Workload Management: Successfully manage a full workload across multiple functions.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: Healthcare experience required.
  • Skills: Proven communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management skills.
  • Knowledge: Current and emerging trends in healthcare technology, with a focus on incorporating innovation in a practical, cost-effective manner.
