We are looking to recruit a high-end technical consultants who is passionate to deliver innovative Data & Analytics solutions to his/her customers with a continuous vision to make inroads for Wipro business in focused accounts, and help business development organisation penetrate into new areas of business. **Roles & Responsibilities** * Guide a set of financial services customers on their Data, Analytics and AI adoption journey with a focus on keeping existing Data and Analytics investments relevant. * Jointly work with Wipro practice sales leads to build Go To Market strategies and new propositions while developing and evangelizing these value propositions to existing and new stakeholders within the focus accounts. * Help shape and execute customers data strategy, by bringing is technology expertise architecture best practices, industry standards, outside-in perspectives and modern thought processes. * Conceptualize and drive adoption of Nextgen Data and Analytics Platforms and processes as a means for end customers to solve inherent business problems or achieve set road map related aspirations. * Build & nurture senior stakeholder relationships. * Build a personal brand and to be perceived as a thought leader and trusted advisor by customer stakeholders. * Responsible for articulation, presenting and developing propositions along with senior customer stakeholders. * Responsible for building proposals, presentations for his / her own pursuits with support from the Solutions Design team. * Responsible for evangelizing value propositions from the larger Data, Analytics and AI practice * Responsible for identifying and nurturing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to build business **MUST HAVE** * Minimum of 15-20 years of industry experience with a special focus on defining, architecting and delivering Data, Analytics & AI strategy and solutions. * At least **5 years of experience in Technology consulting, architecting Data & Analytics solutions** for big banking and financial services institutes. * Good banking and financial services domain acumen especially on **Asset management, wealth management, Investment banking** * Should have performed the role of a Sr. technology consultant /technology advisor for atleast 3-5 years. * Proven experience in defining and executing Data Strategy for big organisations with complex data eco-systems. * **Certified Azure solution architect**

and proficient in one of the other two (AWS & Google) cloud platforms. * Hands-on experience in architecting and defining at least **two end-to-end cloud data platforms**. * Hands on expertise in designing and building end-to-end data pipelines using Azure native and open source technologies (**ADLS, ADF, Spark, Scala, HD Insights, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Cosmos DB etc**) * Strong understanding derived from architecting Cloud based Data pipelines and an understanding of migrating pipelines and data workloads to the cloud, especially on Azure * Strong fundamentals on **AI, Machine learning and Advanced Analytics** techniques and use cases. * Experience in Data Quality, Governance and metadata management solutions. * Working knowledge in one or more of the following **Cloudera, NOSQL (MongoDb, MemSQL ), Apache Hadoop.** * BI Platforms- Qlik, Power BI, Tableau **Nice To Have** * Master Data Management * Experience in new age Cloud data offerings such as Snowflake, Marklogic etc. * Full Stack Architect with data engineering skills * One or more Architecture certifications such as TOGAF * Having set up a real time data platform.
