Life-Assist is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Events Planner who will serve as the project lead for several large-scale trade shows and corporate events through the year. If you are detail-oriented, an innovative thinker, a level-headed problem solver, and someone who loves seeing a project through to completion, this could be the role for you.

As the Marketing Events Planner, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all aspects of external and internal events. This role will develop event/ trade show plans, promote, manage, wrap-up, and analyze the results of each event. Key to this role is the ability to organize and effectively manage multiple events, coordinate multiple schedules, and manage costs while producing events that are memorable for customers, vendors, and employee owners.

Who Are You?

BS/BA and a minimum seven years’ experience executing events, conferences, meetings, hotel convention services, and/or trade shows.

Self-driven problem solver who is motivated to achieve goals and enhances results

Stellar, professional communication skills in person, electronically, and over the phone

Ability to multi-task and handle many projects at once

Excellent organizational skills and sense of urgency

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools
