Noble is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager - Sustainability with a strong focus on strategy execution and reporting to join our organization. As the Project Manager - Sustainability, you will be responsible for facilitating and managing several sustainability initiatives and projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to develop and implement sustainable practices, drive environmental and social impact, and achieve our sustainability goals.

This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of sustainability principles, and the ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement. You will be part of a dynamic stakeholder environment and report directly to the Sr. Program Manager Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for sustainability deliverables owned directly by the Sustainability function including sustainability initiatives based on Nobles sustainability framework.
Establish and track a comprehensive sustainability project management framework, including tools, processes, and guidelines for successful project execution.
Collaborate with initiative working teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines, and create project plans to ensure successful implementation.
Manage and oversee multiple sustainability projects simultaneously, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including OE, operations, finance, supply chain, and HR, to integrate sustainability considerations into business processes and practices.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to drive collaboration and ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Stay up to date with relevant sustainability standards, reporting frameworks, including GHG accounting and reporting principles.
Support ongoing data collection, measurement, monitoring and reporting of ESG performance data, including reporting requirements such as CSRD, or voluntary reporting such as CDP
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in project management, preferably in a sustainability / ESG / social responsibility setting.
Bachelors degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, project management or related fields. PMP is a plus. Experienced project leadership and a committed implementer.
Minimum 3 years in the field of project management and/or sustainability.
Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry and/or Energy sector is a plus.
A strong ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops while pri

oritizing activities that advance program goals in the short and long term, with a solution-oriented approach.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Strong experience with using data and technology, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Power BI and is comfortable working with large data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
Experience in managing

sustainability-related

projects, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, supply chain sustainability, or social impact initiatives, is highly desirable.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in reporting.
