Lead Analyst, Operational Excellence

Overview
The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement will act as an internal advisor, collaborating across the ABM organization to pinpoint areas for enhancing business and operational efficiencies, designing processes, formulating future state strategies, implementing process modifications, and integrating the new methodologies and protocols into the company for enduring sustainability. This role will partner with leadership across various business sectors to ensure that modifications to the operational framework contribute to advancements in customer metrics and satisfaction, financial outcomes, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Spearhead Strategic Planning to identify and prioritize initiatives that align with corporate objectives.
+ Supervise the prioritization, allocation, and performance of Continuous Process Improvement initiatives, working closely with team members, management, and executive leadership to ensure favorable business results.
+ Serve as the primary project leader for Continuous Process Improvement initiatives within the organization.
+ Ensure that Continuous Process Improvement targets and objectives are achieved.
+ Cultivate business process expertise within the team and establish best practices.
+ Manage Continuous Process Improvement initiatives utilizing a standardized approach for monitoring, refining, and optimizing overall effectiveness (efficiency, productivity, and quality).
+ Collaborate effectively with IT to ensure that corporate technologies are leveraged in Continuous Process Improvement initiatives.
+ Regularly engage with executives and/or major clients.
+ Develop KPIs to measure and monitor long-term sustainability.
+ Oversee the creation of business analytics to identify and drive opportunities for data-driven business decisions.
+ Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
+ Structure and execute projects aimed at enhancing profitability and customer service.
+ Educate team members on continuous improvement concepts and methodologies to enhance their capabilities.
+ Organize projects, including value levers and potential, cross-functional participation & requirements, activities and timelines, costs, and risks.
+ Collaborate closely with senior division and functional leaders at the Director, VP, and SVP levels to generate project sponsorship, participation, and support.
+ Mentor and develop analysts/consultants to build a consulting toolkit encompassing problem-solving skills, internal client relationships, and presentation skills.
+ Exemplify inspirational leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree minimum (MBA Preferred).
+ 3+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement/Process Excellence role.
+ Proven background in driving Lean Six Sigma Projects and Execution.
+ Experience in training/coaching Continuous Improvement concepts and methodologies.
+ Profound understanding of analytics and process excellence.
+ Internal or External Consulting background preferred.
+ Green Belt certification required.
+ Background in facilities management and operations preferred.
+ Black Belt certification preferred.
+ Must possess a customer service orientation.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work across all levels and motivate diverse teams, without a formal reporting structure.
+ Strong integrity, flexibility, creativity, innovation, and passion.
+ Results-oriented.
+ Travel is estimated at 20% to 25%.
