Technical Project Manager - Dynamic Role

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Technical Project Managers to enhance our Engineering division. This role is pivotal in supervising all phases of engineering projects, from inception to final assessment. It involves effectively managing both client requests and internal initiatives.

Importance of the Role
This position is vital for our organization's growth, ensuring we fulfill client expectations while driving business development. The Technical Project Manager will report directly to the VP of Engineering and will be engaged in a full-time capacity.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive Technical Project Manager with a background in engineering project oversight. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellence in project management methodologies and possess the ability to lead diverse teams. Upholding customer service and accountability is essential, and we expect our candidates to reflect these values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, from initial Planning to Production Readiness.
  • Guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and task fulfillment.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Efficiently utilize project management tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Track budgets, allocate resources, and manage project risks effectively.
  • Ensure project outputs meet established quality standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager within an engineering context.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and project management tools.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of rugged computing and military specifications is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
