Marketing Coordinator

Description/Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will help develop strategic, visually appealing, and technically accurate proposals and marketing material production through a blend of data collection and implementation, layout and graphic design, and writing. Responsibilities/Duties Collateral Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to research, gather, and create proposal materials in conjunction with the strategic pursuits team. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the strategic pursuits team to create marketing collateral. Conceptualize and/or coordinate design elements and graphics. Write, revise, and edit copy. Maintain a library of collateral, proposal, and presentation materials in line with T. A. Loving’s branding, public message, positioning, and marketing trends. Continual focus on reviewing materials for relevance, best practices, and current trends. Utilize and maintain the CRM and photography/visuals database. Maintain and utilize proposal layout templates and content. Communications/Branding: Coordinate with the team to bring visibility for relevant market sector content. Support and develop content including: Social media. Press releases. Subject matter expert content. Award submissions. Conferences. Networking/promotional events. Client events. Company events and celebrations. Internal: SWAG management. Active member of strategy teams and professional company development meetings. T. A. Loving Company has committees that plan company events. Participation in select committees is encouraged and appreciated. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years’ experience (Coordinator) or 8 years (Sr. Coordinator) in Marketing in the AEC Industry. Role and compensation based on experience. Minimum associate degree with an emphasis in communication or marketing or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, design, or related field of study preferred. Emphasis on life-long learning is important. Participation in SMPS and other organizations as appropriate to keep up with current marketing trends. Enthusiastic self-starter with a team focus. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including research and writing. Strong creative and design abilities. Focus on strategy with superior planning, attention to detail, and management skills. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and related marketing software. Experience with CRM software (T. A. Loving uses Cosential/Unanet).
