Position Overview: Instabug seeks a highly motivated and experienced Director of Demand Generation to own our pipeline development through strategic planning and tactical execution on our inbound channel. This role will be critical in driving pipeline growth and revenue by developing and executing comprehensive demand-generation programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and has a proven track record of creating successful demand generation campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Pipeline Development: Lead and manage the strategy and execution of inbound demand generation efforts to ensure a robust and consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and meetings.
  • Tactical Execution: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars and paid advertising.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage programs to generate and nurture leads through various channels, (including Google Ads, LinkedIn,Reddit, etc.) ensuring a steady flow of qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies to engage key accounts and drive deeper relationships, collaborating closely with the sales team to align on target accounts and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Demand Budget Ownership: Own the overall demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve revenue growth targets. Own cost per MQL and cost per meeting tracking and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment on messaging, target audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure demand generation strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, or related roles, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Leadership: Proven experience hiring, leading, and managing high-performing DG teams.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, focusing on metrics that drive decision-making.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
