NetSuite Procurement Specialist (P2P)

We are searching for a NetSuite Procurement Specialist (P2P) to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end P2P business processes within our organization. This role will require a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities and a strong business acumen to design and align P2P processes across NCS with organizational goals.

Job Summary

The NetSuite Procurement Specialist (P2P) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of P2P processes within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and leveraging NetSuite P2P capabilities to streamline the quote-to-cash process. The Procurement Specialist will also play a key role in training and supporting end-users to ensure efficient utilization of the NetSuite system.

Responsibilities:

Business Process Design and Optimization:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to pricing, quoting, and contract management.
    • Design and optimize end-to-end P2P processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Implement best practices and industry standards for P2P processes.
NetSuite P2P Configuration:
    • Configure and customize NetSuite P2P functions to align with business requirements.
    • Work closely with the cross functional team to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
    • Stay updated on new NetSuite P2P features and recommend enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment of P2P processes with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with IT and development teams to address technical requirements and issues.
User Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on NetSuite P2P functionality.
    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
    • Create documentation and knowledge resources for P2P processes.
Data Management and Analysis:
    • Ensure data integrity within the P2P system and address data-related issues promptly.
    • Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure P2P processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive information within the P2P system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with NetSuite and a strong understanding of its capabilities.
  • Knowledge of P2P processes, pricing strategies, and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Relevant certifications in NetSuite are a plus.
