We are in search of a NetSuite Procurement Specialist (P2P) who will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the comprehensive procure-to-pay (P2P) business workflows within our company. This position demands a thorough comprehension of NetSuite's functionalities and a robust business insight to effectively design and synchronize P2P processes with the strategic objectives of National Carwash Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design and Enhancement:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements related to pricing, quotations, and contract management.
  • Design and refine end-to-end P2P workflows to boost efficiency, precision, and scalability.
  • Adopt best practices and industry benchmarks for P2P processes.

NetSuite P2P Configuration:

  • Customize and configure NetSuite P2P functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay informed about new NetSuite P2P features and suggest improvements.

Collaboration Across Functions:

  • Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure P2P processes align with overall business goals.
  • Partner with IT and development teams to address technical requirements and challenges.

User Training and Assistance:

  • Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users on NetSuite P2P functionalities.

Qualifications:
