YOUR MISSION:
Oversee and provide leadership of day-to-day operations for the Treasury department including cash management, FX hedging, liquidity and funding. Coordinate and strategize cash management with multiple banks and subsidiary companies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Management and Support for PASA Companies in North America

  • Ensure PASA NA companies follow PASA / PASJ treasury policy.
  • Implement, refine and verify compliance to NA treasury policy & procedures.
  • Support PASA NA financial solutions such as funding process, FX hedging, Cash management settlement system, etc.
  • Responsible for managing & reporting overall cash position and variance analysis vs budget & previous forecast.
Corporate and Regional Financial Strategy

  • Develop and manage regional banking strategy collaborating with Tax, Legal, HQ management and PASJ
  • Dividend Management (Policy, Collection and Payments)
Process Management and Compliance of Group Financial Operation

  • Develop and improve the internal procedures for new and existing financial operations.
  • Provide advice for operational improvement such as documentation, process and management.
  • Support PASA companies' preparation of documents including financial and treasury and coordinate the authorization process based upon the company's approval matrix.
  • Manage the tax aspects related to financial transactions in cooperation with the tax dept.
Loan & Deposit

  • Arrange internal term and revolving loans / deposits for PASA group companies.
  • Adjust the cash positions in the bank accounts by transferring the funds for the in-house global settlement days.
  • Initiate bank wires including third-party payments on behalf of the group companies as well as bank account transfers and internal account transfers via the treasury system.
  • Prepare Daily Cash Analysis and monitor loan limit and transaction limit by bank for PASA companies.
Foreign Exchange ("FX")

  • Adjust FX positions of PASA group companies on global settlement days.
  • Introduce new method of funding, FX hedging for improving financial situation and avoiding FX risk.
  • Create Daily FX Position Analysis to ensure the internal and bank positions are aligned.
PASA NA Company Support
  • Support PASA NA sweep and system accounts opening & closing.
  • Ensure Master Agreements and required Signature Cards and or related documents are up to date by banking institution.
  • Manage storage and retention of UWC, RFA, agreements and bank related documents per policy or regulation.
MUST-HAVES:
  • Four-year college degree in Accounting with concentration in Economics or Finance required. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of six to eight (6-8) years of related treasury experience required, including a corporate treasury specialized affiliate is required.
  • Experience in international treasury preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced proficiency in excel required.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial systems and data query tools required.
  • Experience in operational accounting required.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP preferred.
