Altius Search Group is searching for a Client Relationship Specialist for one of our clients in the Equipment Finance Industry. This position will work from their office in Nashville, TN.
Summary of Position:
The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) is a critical role, dedicated to delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate with the Business Development team to gather and manage client information, coordinate between credit and operations teams, and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and vendors throughout the transaction process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Focus: Provide outstanding service to clients and prospects, both in person and over the phone. Respond to inquiries promptly and resolve issues effectively.
- Data Management: Prepare and accurately enter client information into the CRM system. Track client details for follow-up and credit submissions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with credit and operations teams to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
- Deal Management: Review deal approvals, communicate with the sales team regarding timelines and requirements, and track any exceptions.
- Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients and vendors throughout the servicing and funding process.
- Relationship Building: Proactively engage with existing clients to assess their needs and offer solutions.
- Referrals: Identify opportunities to refer clients to other areas of the business, such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management.
- Teamwork: Assist other team members as needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- 10 years of sales support in financial services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
