Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent Remote Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting the entire selection process, from evaluating resumes to conducting interviews, and managing administrative tasks within our CRM. Familiarity with recruitment processes and CRM systems is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Resume Evaluation: Review and assess candidate resumes to identify suitable matches for open positions. Ensure resumes meet the required standards and criteria outlined in the job descriptions.

Video Assessments: Watch and evaluate candidate video submissions in English to assess communication skills and job suitability.

Interviews: Conduct initial generic interviews to screen candidates based on job requirements. Evaluate candidate responses and provide feedback to the hiring team.

Administrative Duties: Send follow-up emails to candidates and clients. Maintain and update candidate profiles within the CRM system. Schedule interviews and manage the interview calendar. Track and report on recruitment metrics and progress.

Candidate Vetting: Perform background checks and verify candidate information as required. Ensure all candidates meet the company's vetting standards before presenting them to clients.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on the recruitment process. Ensure a positive client experience through timely and professional interactions.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment system.

Qualifications: Experience: Experience in recruitment or a related field. Experience with CRM systems and recruitment software is highly preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.

Attributes: Proactive and results-oriented. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
