We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations and management of commercial properties, providing support to the property management team and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of property management activities, including maintenance requests, tenant communications, and vendor interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of property-related reports and correspondence.
  • Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Help monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and assist in the implementation of maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus. Commercial real estate preferred.
  • Proficiency in Yardi property management software is required.
  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of property management principles and practices is desirable.
