Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address all service requests, callbacks, and work orders efficiently and effectively
  • Complete maintenance make-ready checklists
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents
  • Oversee the maintenance of pools and spas, including chemical balance and cleanliness
  • Maintain the property grounds and maintenance facilities
  • Respond to emergency calls after hours
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in multifamily maintenance
  • Experience in painting is a plus
  • Familiarity with various building systems
  • Understanding of the unit turnover process
  • Knowledge of plumbing and pool/spa maintenance
  • Experience with appliance repairs, electrical work, and basic roofing
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week, including on-call rotation with weekend availability
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to perform medium to heavy work, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks safely
