Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $24 to $25 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

Processing employer reports and payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Assist with complex billing and collection requirements

Prepare refund requests

Process cash entries, ACH and lockbox transactions

Monitor payment discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary

Qualifications:

Associates/Bachelors degree in business, accounting or related filed preferred

2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in insurance, non-profit, or government industry sectors

Proficiency in processing various types of financial transactions and entries

Advanced MS Office Excel, and accounting software's QuickBooks

Experience:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail.

Understanding of accounts receivable principles, standards, and regulations.
