Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Accountant to manage our company's financial operations, including financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, and checks
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payment and receipt of goods and services
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks, including updating filing systems and databases
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and implement financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms and systems

Work Environment:

Top Tempo Technical is a dynamic and entrepreneurial company that values innovation and teamwork. We offer a hybrid work environment, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is $35 per hour.
