Pay Rate: $25 / hour

We are looking for an AR Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis.


Responsibilities:

· Handle month end processes – produce reports, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and assist in commentaries

· Prepare invoices for customers

· Process general journals

· Ensure required tax exemption documents are on file

· Process invoices in customer portal (Ariba, SAP, Coupa, GEP, etc.)

· Contact customers regarding unpaid invoices over thirty days

· Respond to customer inquiries and requests

· Respond to Sales department requests

· Process Certificates of Insurance (COI)

· Proactively engage in and support company initiative designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement

· Process vendor and customer setup/updates


Requirements:

· High School diploma or GED equivalent

· Three to five years of A/R experience

· Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
