**About The Position**

**THE POSITION** The full-time Customer Service Operations Representative will be responsible for managing customer service activities internally with our Sales/Operations Team and externally with our Customers and Distributors across the U.S. market to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time and in full in accordance with company and industry standards. The Customer Service Representative ensures that the highest quality customer service is supported for the Voss brand and is responsible for assisting with planning and monitoring product and orders in the delivery system with focus on managing costs. This position will work closely with our internal Operations Team, our production facility, third party logistics providers, customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. **PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

* The Customer Service Operations Representative will communicate with U.S. based Customers by phone, email and respond in a timely manner to resolve all inquiries.

* Review Customer complaints/compliments to make decisions to improve customer service by providing on-going problem-solving techniques.

* Receive orders, send order confirmations, resolve inquiries i.e., pricing and process requested revisions.

* Receive and resolve issues concerning billing or product shipments, investigate and provide on-going problem-solving techniques.

* Maintain various internal reports related to customer service activity, i.e., order, shipping, and billing status.

* Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders from various functions i.e., Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure successfully coordinated customer service activities are completed.

**REQUIREMENTS**

* Bachelors degree in relevant area with a minimum of three (3) years of related customer service in consumer-packaged goods or Supply Chain experience preferred

* Proven experience managing customer service activities

* Preferred prior experience with beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) company

* Demonstrated computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP, Order Management)

* Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize

* Demonstrated effective communications skills both written and oral

* Understanding of key business processes and functions within a Beverage or CPG company.
