About the Role

This position is responsible for the timely execution of various on-site tasks, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Your Impact

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quickly communicates any potential issues or customer inquiries to the supervisor.
  • Efficiently reviews and addresses management and client communications through various channels.
  • Maintains a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Assists in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all operational processes.
  • Tasks may encompass Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, and File Room Services based on the designated location.
  • Participates in cross-training sessions to ensure readiness to cover for colleagues during staffing shortages.
  • Site responsibilities and coverage locations may vary based on client and division requirements.

Device Maintenance:

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through the upkeep and performance of reprographic equipment at client sites.
  • Adheres to established daily maintenance protocols.
  • Conducts routine maintenance of equipment, including cleaning, clearing jams, replenishing supplies, and loading paper.
  • Identifies equipment issues and escalates to the service department when necessary.
  • Delivers supplies as needed.
  • Assists users with basic equipment functionalities.
  • Records meter readings and maintains service activity logs.
  • Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies accordingly.

Copy/Print Production:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely reproduction of all print requests.
  • Reviews electronic files for print readiness, processes documents, and performs quality control checks prior to delivery.
  • Logs and tracks all activities for reporting purposes.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Conducts routine maintenance of production equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer requests and fulfillment activities.
  • Performs daily convenience care tasks as required.

About You: Skills & Expertise

This role is customer-facing and requires adherence to client policies, which may include health and safety measures.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities are necessary.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • May require travel between various client locations; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, and reaching.
  • Must obtain necessary security clearances to access client premises.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $25.49.
