Role
As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Service Associate), you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to customers. Your duties will include data entry, order administration, job entry, and liaison with production teams, document control, estimating, engineering, and sales departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets to support executive staff and ensuring customer service operational standards are met.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000.
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM work schedule with flexibility according to business needs.
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment with occasional interaction with the manufacturing shop floor.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required. Degree in business administration, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is a must.
