As part of a unique program that allows seniors to receive care at home, you will play a vital role in enrolling participants into the PACE program. Job Description As Marketing Outreach Enrollment Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team to drive successful enrollment of participants. Your key responsibilities will include initiating outreach activities, meeting monthly enrollment goals, and building relationships with community organizations to generate leads. Key Responsibilities Coordinate outreach activities in senior communities Meet monthly enrollment goals Collaborate with community organizations to generate leads Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners Develop monthly marketing plans with the MOE Director Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred Minimum of two years of sales and marketing experience, with at least one year in healthcare or senior care Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar technologies Company Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Generous paid time off, holidays, and sick leave 401k savings plan with match Collaborative and supportive work environment Compensation Base Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 Full-time benefits Relocation assistance available No commission or bonus eligibility Candidate Details 2+ to 5 years of experience Associate level seniority Associate's degree required Occasional travel required If you are a metrics-driven sales professional looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors, apply now to join our team and be part of the fastest-growing PACE program in California.
