Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the marketing strategy for the PACE Program to meet referral and conversion objectives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various outreach methods including networking, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
  • Research and establish new referral channels and prospects.
  • Design and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of communication efforts with referral sources.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with referral sources to effectively communicate the services of the PACE Program.
  • Assess the needs of potential PACE Participants and align them with the values and services offered by the program.
  • Contribute to the development of educational initiatives related to the PACE Program for referral sources and potential participants.
  • Keep accurate records of all marketing activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-ups, reporting on outcomes regularly.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and enrollment team during the enrollment process.
  • Conduct tours of the PACE Center for interested participants and their families.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to travel within the designated area as needed, with proof of vehicle insurance.

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience working with the senior adult population and in the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and goal-oriented skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Work Environment

This role requires regular driving and engagement with various community stakeholders. The position involves a mix of office work and field activities, necessitating flexibility and adaptability.
