Position Overview:

The Graduate Program Enrollment Specialist is tasked with the vital role of attracting candidates for advanced healthcare education programs. This position employs a multi-channel approach, including phone interactions, electronic correspondence, text messaging, and online chats, to ensure high-quality engagement with all inquiries for information (IFIs). The Specialist will strive to meet recruitment objectives by assessing student preparedness, suitability, and interest in all IFIs to optimize cohort enrollment.

As the initial point of contact for prospective students, the Specialist will guide individuals from their first inquiry through to the completion of their application. Under general oversight, the Specialist will conduct extensive outreach to discuss program offerings, general admission requirements, hybrid and accelerated curriculum structures, and practical lab experiences. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for achieving monthly goals related to webinar registrations and attendance, as well as supporting sign-ups for various recruitment events. The Specialist may also assist in delivering webinars, either independently or in collaboration with program partners. Crafting and updating email communications related to student inquiries and managing other organizational tasks in support of University Partners will also be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the candidate pipeline for current and future cohorts through meaningful engagement from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Engage in proactive communication (phone calls, texts, emails) with IFIs daily, adhering to a personalized outreach schedule established by the supervisor and University Partner.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding healthcare programs, including curriculum details, associated costs, benefits, and long-term career prospects.
  • Utilize digital systems to accurately document interactions and outline subsequent steps.
  • Promote event registration (virtual information sessions, on-campus activities, open houses, etc.) and conduct follow-up communications post-events.
  • Maintain precise records and organize/analyze data to prepare insightful reports.
  • Assist in the upkeep of standardized communication templates and conduct end-of-cycle audits.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a service-oriented environment or within a university admissions/enrollment context.
    • Experience with the complete Microsoft Office Suite.
    • 3+ years of experience utilizing Salesforce or a comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
