Project Accountant Role Salary $110-$130k One of our clients is looking for a Project Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will work on some of their more strategic, high-profile accounts while working closely with the Project Managers and Project Engineers to monitor the progress of projects and ensure billings are issued properly and payments are collected in a timely manner. Some responsibilities will be handling ordering and tracking compliance documents (insurance, bonds, lien waivers), process Subcontractor AP billings, manage Subcontract compliance, insurance, lien waivers, retention, and, research and resolve any Subcontractor billing issues. You will also compile, prepare, and submit monthly project billings per contract requirements, complete monthly Work-In-Process (WIP) and assist with month end process as well.
