Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Division Controller and Project Managers to guarantee precise and timely project billing processes.
  • Oversee project financials, including the creation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for each project.
  • Prepare and analyze financial documentation, including profit and loss statements, job cost summaries, and variance analyses.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant submission of project billings as per contractual agreements.
  • Conduct analysis of job cost transaction reports and maintain meticulous records of project expenditures.
  • Generate ad hoc financial reports and reviews as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry, records management, and reporting for the Western division.
  • Report any noncompliance issues with established standards or policies to the appropriate channels.
  • Complete specific job tasks and projects as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, including Project Managers and Controllers.
