ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The list below is illustrative and is not a comprehensive list of all duties that may be assigned.

* Match and code invoices. Check for accuracy and distribute appropriately for approval. * Reconcile vendor statements * Maintain Insurance Records for Independent truckers and deduct workers compensation insurance when necessary * Maintain vendor W-9 forms * Maintain Workers Comp, General Liability and Auto Insurance forms for all Rifenburg companies and all outside vendors. * Maintain accurate filing of all invoices and supporting documentation, for seven years. * Assist project managers with invoice research and questions.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

High School Diploma is required. College level classes or Associate degree preferred; or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Strong organizational and prioritizing skills * Ability to multi-task * Computer skills MS Excel and Word software programs; Familiarity with Vista Viewpoint preferred. * Efficient verbal and written communication * Accurate data entry * Moderate analysis and interpretation required for problem solving * Ability to work with teams and other divisions * Independent judgment required using existing guidelines to determine work methods

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is not a supervisory position.
