* High School Diploma or Equivalent * At least 18 years of age * 10-key by touch * Customer Service Experience * Prior chargeback experience preferred * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to organize and prioritize * Capable of meeting daily deadlines * Good communication skills * Must successfully pass background investigation and according to company policy * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment * Ability to work overtime as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
