The Card Fraud Senior Process Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding financial transactions by thoroughly investigating and addressing potential fraudulent activities related to ATM and debit card operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraudulent activities associated with ATM and debit card transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze alert and fraud reports to determine appropriate actions.
  • Examine accounts for indications of fraudulent transactions.
  • Engage with account holders to confirm their identity and validate transactions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and reissuance of ATM and debit cards.
  • Update and manage reporting systems effectively.
  • Review incoming credits and car rental transactions for accuracy.

Qualifications
