Responsibilities Competitive Hunter role focusing on new client prospecting, engagement, and opportunities. Perform solution selling of software consulting services and strategic sourcing. Work directly with the Leadership Team to set, track and hit sales goals. Target, develop, and maintain relationships with new buyers and influencers across multiple vertical markets. Lead and manage customer engagement including lead generation, working with our internal technical teams, client negotiations and closing deals. Develop and execute sales plans including forecasting and sales performance. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospects, clients, opportunity pipeline and daily sales activity. Develop and execute marketing plans including market awareness, brand development and local events. Become a Trusted Advisor to potential clients through listening to their business challenges and providing innovative solutions to meet these challenges. Focus is the St. Louis market with minimum if any travel. Qualifications

3+ years of Business Development success in selling software solutions and consulting by utilizing a business/technology solution-oriented approach. Confident and able to execute as a hunter, 80% of time and focus will be on new accounts. Knowledge and experience in implementing strategic and solution sales methodologies. Ability to establish and leverage business relationships in the St. Louis and surrounding region. These include relationships with C-Level, Directors, and Senior IT Managers. Strong listening as well as writing and verbal communication skills. Desire to make a positive impact in a small company with a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to work on site in our Chesterfield Missouri office. Compensation and Benefits
