Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key customers within the energy transition market
  • Develop and execute a prospect plan to acquire new clients
  • Support the client's mission to shift to clean energy and energy-efficient equipment by providing asset finance solutions that facilitate the adoption of green technologies
  • Operate within a highly networked international matrix environment
  • Create customer-centric solutions, including non-interest income solutions
  • Manage complex accounts in collaboration with our risk and internal teams
  • Develop opportunities identified by the client's bank
  • Build long-lasting partnerships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Prepare and present documentation for credit and risk approval committees

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in asset finance and leasing within an international and matrix setting
  • Asset management experience
  • Prior experience working in the clean/renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record of building new business
  • Excellent risk assessment skills
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and growth mindset
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and able to navigate all organizational levels
  • Robust negotiation and influencing skills
  • Deep knowledge of products, market trends, business models, risk, legal structures, asset management, and commercial developments
  • Strong business development skills and understanding of business drivers
  • Experience in managing long sales processes and negotiating legal documentation, including operating/program agreements
  • Ability to influence management decisions
  • Proficient in communicating complex information to both internal and external stakeholders
