Job type: Permanent Description Location: Remote role: UK or Continental European base Our client is a global provider of software solutions for Telco’s and Critical National Infrastructure organisations. We are looking to recruit a “Hunter” profile Sales Director to work with Telco Sector (primarily Mobile) Carrier accounts (new and existing) within Western (BNL, Fr, UK, I) and Central (DACH, Cz, Pl etc.) Europe. This individual will be working within an established Telco sector Cybersecurity company whom are experts in Network Traffic, Threat Detection and Telco Network centric cybersecurity solutions. This is a new position and whilst we would love to find someone with Telco Sector Security side experience, our primary goal is to find that “hunter” profile senior sales individual with a track record of breaking “new” ground with international (primarily European) Telco’s selling software and solutions. This role is tailored for a passionate and results-driven sales person/leader who loves a good challenge. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell opportunities Develop and implement strategic regional plans aligned with product strategy Exceed quarterly and annual quota targets Lead negotiations with central and/or local Procurement Stay ahead of the competition through regular study and evaluation, sharing insights for continuous improvement Skills and Competencies: Self-motivated with a hunger for new opportunities Proven ability to exceed growth targets Adaptability in a dynamic environment Confidence in communication – written, verbal, and listening Background and Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of direct field sales experience in telecom technology products and services Previous experience in core network software and/or telecom cybersecurity product sales Extensive network within European wireless and/or broadband carrier/service providers Location: UK/I OR Continental European base (slight preference for UK/I OR Central European base, but more than happy to be flexible for the right candidate with a track record/willingness for travel) For more information, please feel free to get in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
