We are on the hunt for a seasoned and adaptable Senior Portfolio Manager who is highly driven and eager to collaborate with Product Management, IT, and business partners to synchronize on portfolio strategy and ensure its successful delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Portfolio Manager You will be working in the DigitalX team as a key thought leader in driving outcomes to meet our goals and objectives responsible for a collection of products and programs that together make up a DigitalX Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management - Stakeholder and Outcome Management
  • Craft and disseminate portfolio roadmaps that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Formulate strategies that unite the DigitalX organization around outcome-focused planning and execution.
  • Develop stakeholder-aligned outcomes as part of the leadership team and track key results
  • Drive key team and partner reviews
  • Implement enterprise-wide initiatives as they apply to the organization
  • Assist in the creation of annual/quarterly strategic plans
  • Drive overall organizational efficiency through collaboration with engineering delivery leaders
  • Commit to continuous improvement, managing change, and resolving cross-team issues, while overseeing large-scale, diverse, and complex projects.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to team members, clarifying project expectations, priorities, and deadlines.
Who You'll Work With

You will work with DigitalX Leadership, Lead Product Managers, Business Program Managers, Business and operations stakeholders teams. You will also be representing DigitalX to other organizations to ensure alignment across teams including IT. You will provide updates and insights to the DigitalX Leadership team to drive decision making. The DigitalX PMO will be responsible for ensuring that the ELT has insight to the current health and status and roadmap of the DigitalX Portfolio.

You are a veteran inspiring leader skilled in managing portfolios of technology solutions. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Detailed understanding of portfolio management techniques and methods
  • Ideally, experience with Cisco Sales End to End Motion as the sales organization is a key partner community, but experience with Customer Success, Renewals, Support and Delivery of Professional Services.
  • You can creatively identify new approaches and use multiple data sources to manage an organization's portfolio.
  • Proven experience in facilitating large meetings and driving cross-functional teams to consensus.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Webex Teams, Jira, SharePoint, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have a strong desire to continuously improve both individually and to drive the organization's evolution. You're problem solving skills and the ability to continue driving questions/issues to resolution are top notch.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Affinity for numbers and the power of data to drive efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills.
  • PfMP, PMP and Agile Certifications a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of experience in portfolio management, with a proven track record of steering large programs to successful conclusions with minimal supervision.
