This role offers ample opportunities for e-commerce career development, including learning the management of product information/product listings and identifying emerging e-commerce trends in the appliance and home improvement space. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage and prioritize responsibilities and work collaboratively with other team members to reach sales goals. Many candidates will often apply the knowledge learned in this position to later achieve positions in Management, Sales, Marketing and Account Management.

This training is foundational to understanding our business and is the most effective method in understanding our product and company knowledge, applicable to all departments at ZLINE.
Basic Requirements
High school diploma/GED - required
Strong written and verbal communication via telephone, email, instant messaging, and in-person communication methods
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize short and long-term projects
Strong computer skills (MacOS, preferably)
Working knowledge of e-commerce
Interest in long-term career growth and advancement
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
Customer relationship management experience
Ability to identify sales opportunities and employ tactics in increasing sales, including upselling
Light experience working with Shopify
Familiarity with CRM Systems (preferably Salesforce)
Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
