We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team You will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and appraise employees
  • Formulate and manage incentive programs for the employees to keep them motivated and assist in hitting monthly sales goals
  • Work with employees on customer service, store maintenance and product promotions
  • Seek ways to better promote the store, the product lines and service within the store
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting and to increase monthly sales
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
  • Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability
  • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Vendor communications
  • Oversee/manage all social media accounts
  • Oversee/manage e-Commerce websites
  • Oversee/manage offsite events 

​Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years previous experience as a retail manager
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Social media expertise a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities
