Guide customers through onboarding and subscription lifecycle
Develop joint success plans based on customer goals and security requirements
Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Identify and escalate risks to ensure client success
Deliver executive business reviews and promote wider platform use
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
Experience in B2B SaaS organizations with a focus on security concepts
Strong technical expertise in switch and router configuration, CCNA preferred
Knowledge of Linux, VMWare ESXi, Firewall, 802.1x/NAC, Cybersecurity, Vuln management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with CSM and CRM tools
Familiarity with customer success strategies in the cybersecurity industry
