Supervisor, Client Partnership

Tasks will include the following: Team Leadership
- Supervises all agency work on assigned accounts
- Earns respect through consistency, collaboration and clear communication while acting as a strategic partner to both client and agency teams
- Proactively communicates and keeps the team informed on the clients' business goals/objectives, deadlines and budgets
- Effectively develops and disseminates strategic direction across internal cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead integration efforts across multi-channel engagements
- Proactively leads strategic planning and delivers meaningful feedback to elevate the work
- Finds ways to equip and set the team up for success
- Ensures the flawless delivery of top-quality work aligned with the scope of work and within the terms of the contract
- Aggressively pursues new opportunities to grow the business
- Actively contributes to team and department culture
- Thinks outside the box when problem solving
- Deliberately focuses on development of direct reports
- Models desired work outputs and behaviors, and is a consistent and dependable figure on the team.
- Regularly informs Director, Client Partnership on business status, including escalation as needed
- Able to tag-team with senior staff as needed

- Build strong relationships with senior brand and marketing managers
- Contribute to long-term account success and growth by participating in strategic plan development and execution
- Drive execution and measurement of client plans
- Maintain expert knowledge of client's business, category and competition
- Build and maintains client and partner relationships
- Lead key client meetings including presentations, client briefings, strategy sessions and cross agency partner meetings
- Comfortable working in and leading integrated agency relationships
- Demonstrate master pitching skills as well as an ability to strategically connect strategy, creative, activation and analytics on behalf of your clients
- Continue to hone client management and communications strategy skills
- Demonstrate increased skills in client service arena by receiving positive feedback from client
- Provide strategic counsel/advice to clients that results in these clients meeting their goals and advancing their issues
- Represent Curiosity at industry or potential new business functions and begin cultivating contacts for Curiosity
- Ensure operational excellence on assigned accounts
- Draft major components of strategic plans
- Demonstrate outstanding copy editing and writing skills
- Demonstrate outstanding judgment, flexibility and superior client service skills as demonstrated by frequent, unsolicited, positive feedback from clients
- Manage work plans that meet terms of scope of work or contract
- Write client/contact reports
- Monitor and deliver reports that speak to the performance and effectiveness of campaigns
- Screen and interview employee candidates
Financial and Administrative
- Financial management responsibilities include drafting and reviewing SOWs, budget tracking, revenue projections and oversight of billing for brands managed.
- Work with project manager to create project estimates
- Monitor project costs on a regular basis
- Work with the agency financial team to ensure clients are billed on a timely basis
- Submit expense reimbursement forms as appropriate
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six years of relevant experience, including brand strategy, integrated campaign development inclusive of digital, social and traditional advertising, and activation/media planning.
- Must demonstrate outstanding writing and editing skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
- Candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who takes direction well, but also can also work independently
- Thrives on variety and can shift direction seamlessly.
- Although promotions are based on a variety of factors, in general, an individual will successfully serve as a Supervisor, Client Partnership for a minimum of two years before being considered for promotion.
