As a Sales Executive/Closer, you’ll be the driving force behind generating new business and helping homeowners transition smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include: Making 50+ calls per day: Engage with potential homeowners through both inbound and outbound calls to present and propose wholesale deals. Generating offers: Work diligently 5 days a week to produce at least 10 offers weekly. Achieving revenue goals: Aim to drive $1,080,000 in new business revenue annually and $90,000 monthly by closing 6 units of the Homebuyer Property Acquisition program, each priced at $15,000. Compensation

Closers can earn between $14,000 to $25,000+ per month, translating to an annual income of $168,000 to $300,000.To support your initial journey, you’ll receive a $6,000 draw/base salary for the first 90 days until you ramp up.We’re Looking for Candidates Who: Have real estate wholesale and acquisitions experience: This is a must.
