Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of experience in a related field.
A Master’s Degree may substitute for required experience up to a maximum of two (2) years
Licenses or Certifications: None.
Responsibilities
Develops and drafts new contracts.
Manages and administers existing contracts.
Resolves non-compliance issues.
Provides consulting expertise to internal and external customers.
Prepares and presents reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Skills in oral and written communication, data analysis, negotiation, planning, and organizing.
Ability to interpret policies, enforce contractual obligations, resolve complex issues, and train others.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contract monitoring, tracking, compliance.
Experience in IT contracts, terms, conditions, and risk identification.
Experience with task prioritization in changing environments.
