Job Overview

This position will be instrumental in acting as a liaison between Clubessential and our customers to ensure organization, position interactions and satisfaction. Candidates should have strong communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for a reliable Temporary Customer Support Administrative Assistant. This position will be expected to work 40 hours per week for about 6 months.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Organize incoming support tickets to categorize the appropriate customer and contact.
  • Categorize incoming support tickets to route to the appropriate teams for support.
  • Data cleanup including the removal of duplicates, merging support tickets.
  • Escalate high priority, time sensitive, requests with the appropriate support teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Professional attitude, customer service focused
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
