Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records and processing documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
