Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co., a leading American manufacturing company that makes sunrooms, shade products, railings, & decks is looking for a Sales Representative. We need someone who is an in-home sales closer, a trainer, and is ready to be a road warrior. If you enjoy meeting new people and are ready to hit the road, this could be the job for you

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting for new dealers, training their salespeople by taking them into the home and presenting our amazing products, and growing your territory.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2-5 years of in-home sales experience. It would be helpful if you have experience selling to business to business, but it's not required. We will provide training to help you become an expert in all of our products.

As part of this job, you will need to travel overnight, usually by car. You will be out on Monday and come back on Thursday. So, being organized and good at managing your time is very important.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Increase sales by helping our current dealers and their sales teams and providing them with training and support.

+ Look for new customers and business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

+ You should be motivated to achieve goals and work with a sense of urgency.

+ Have 2-5 years of sales experience (selling to people in their homes or businesses is a plus).

+ Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Comfortable with overnight travel (usually by car, out Monday and back Thursday).
