Job Description

Duration: September 2024-December 2024
Location: Onsite in St. Louis Park, MN

This position is responsible for mostly working with our senior clients during our busiest time of year. Successful candidates will be customer service focused with excellent phone etiquette, good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow up capabilities.Must be able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

General Job Description:
  • Answering high volume of inbound and making outbound telephone calls servicing senior clients
  • Administrative tasks such as recording and gathering information with accuracy
  • Working on various computer systems including Microsoft Office products and Sales Force
  • Data entry of client information into company databases
  • Conversations with customers; provide information about available Agency services
  • Scheduling of appointments and gathering information and giving direction to clients
  • Provide support to existing office administrative and sales staff during paperwork processing which may include sorting, copying, scanning, faxing, filing, or mailing
  • Contacts clients to obtain missing information or data to ensure accurate processing
  • Client base is 65+ so experience with dealing with Seniors is a plus
  • All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of office support, administrative assistant, customer service experience
  • Intermediate MS Office proficiency- including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Sales Force or Similar Customer databases
  • Professionalism and Courtesy
  • Patience and a Positive attitude
  • Attention to Detail
  • MUST be able to pass a background check
