About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and public relations to ensure quality care and services to all customers.
  • Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Enter ancillary resident charges into the electronic resident billing system.
  • Run monthly statements and mail them to residents.
  • Receive payments, apply cash in the billing system, and prepare bank deposits.
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school graduate preferred.
  • Twelve months of work experience as a receptionist or other office clerical/administration is desired.
  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with various office equipment and software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
