Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and public relations to ensure quality care and services to all customers.
- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enter ancillary resident charges into the electronic resident billing system.
- Run monthly statements and mail them to residents.
- Receive payments, apply cash in the billing system, and prepare bank deposits.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
- High school graduate preferred.
- Twelve months of work experience as a receptionist or other office clerical/administration is desired.
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with various office equipment and software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
