Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains new system users and new processes/functionality. Participates in vendor meetings/conferences. Requirements: 3+ years of data entry High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors preferred Excellent technical support skills. Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product is preferred Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to keep information confidential. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically, Excel) or related software
