Hawaii only

. The position is the first to interact with customers, tasks, all of which involve supporting the company's operations and products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with insured clients or providers to obtain information to update account or change beneficiary, amount of coverage or type of insurance, payment options. Identify and document the needs of the customer utilizing software and following procedure. Resolve customer issues by following policies and procedures or explaining the process to the customer. Process and record new insurance policies and make modifications to existing policies or claims. Invoices policies and records and maintains all customers payment records. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Education and Experience: Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Call Center and Insurance background or experience is preferred.
