Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about our products and services.

  • Resolve Customer Issues: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as necessary

  • Maintain Customer Records: Update and maintain customer records in our database. Ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Provide Product Information: Stay informed about our products and services to provide customers with accurate and detailed information. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes.

  • Follow Up with Customers: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

  • Achieve Performance Goals: Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or call center environment.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
