Overview:

The Facility Coordinator, reporting to the Facility Director is responsible for the support of Project Managers in their project management and execution of MB2 Facility requests in partnership with MB2 departments, Doctor Partners, and vendors. The Facility Team project manages and executes projects, such as, but not limited to, De Novos, expansions, relocations, or any other facility needs that meet the criteria for centralized management and support. The Facility Coordinator is organized, has excellent communication skills, and executes support functions promptly, thoroughly, and accurately while contributing to the scalability and evolution of the Facility Department. The Facility Coordinator upholds the highest level of integrity, work ethic, and written and verbal communication while adhering to company policy and standards.

Qualifications

  • Extremely organized and able to work amongst multiple platforms: intranet, communication channels, MS Office, and project management software
  • Strong communication, written, and verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, work amongst multiple departments, and be accountable to deadlines
  • Must be willing to answer communication promptly, thoroughly keeping all parties aligned and informed
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week from the MB2 main office in Carrollton, TX
  • Ability to work independently, in a group setting, and one-on-one

JOB DUTIES

These will evolve as departments and processes are scaled to meet business needs:

  • Administrative support, including printing, scanning, and updating documents
  • Room and Zoom set up for team calls and events
  • Project management software upkeep and maintenance
  • Assist with reporting needs as directed by the Facility Director
  • Vendor account creation, transfer, and closure
  • Capex repairs that require vendor research, communication, and coordination
  • Decentralized invoicing for small-scale projects
  • Document project status and updates in project management tools
  • Keep project stakeholders updated through regular and effective communication cadences.
  • Special projects as directed by the Facility Director
